Safe Work Practices

 

Our top priorities are the occupational health and safety of our employees and contractors, together with the safety of customers and other visitors to our workplace. We commit to implementing a safety management system that will achieve these objectives.

 

All employees share responsibility for the safety and health of themselves and others in the workplace. Employees are expected to comply with safe work practices, report potential hazards and accidents, and make suggestions for improving safety and health standards in our workplace.

 

By employing organic farming practices, without the use of harmful pesticides, herbicides or other chemicals, we will provide a healthy working environment for our employees. We will promote the production and marketing of healthy organic produce, thereby benefiting the community at large.

 

Strict controls will be implemented to ensure all foods sold by our enterprise, including fresh and frozen produce, processed foods and food served to customers on site, are safe for human consumption.

 

We will ensure that we meet or exceed standards contained in the relevant statutory regulations relevant to our enterprise.
